With the continuous promotion of lean production, traceability management has been put on the agenda. For this reason, after many investigations, we finally chose the bar code batch management system of SAP software to meet the needs of our company's fine management, realize the automatic collection of data, improve work efficiency and accuracy of data. Starting from the storage of raw materials, we use bar code technology to scan PDA real-time record of the whole manufacturing process of products, get rid of the constraints of computer system, realize mobiles office and effectively reduce the error rate of manual input.

Through the implementation of the new system, we have made the following three improvements:

1. Quality traceability can ultimately be traced back to the materials used in each batch of products and the information of the suppliers of the materials used. The establishment of material quality inspection files can establish a perfect supplier evalsuation mechanism (survival of the fittest). To provide basic data for improving quality management.

2. Production control, through the process sweep code, can quickly and accurately locate the production order, understand the flow trend of the work order, facilitate the formulation of accurate task plan, avoid the waste of process waiting. To provide better data support for future accurate production scheduling.

3. Account processing, through hand-held devices in time to enter and exit the warehouse and sweep the code to account, to ensure the timeliness of accounting updates. The warehouse management is carried out to facilitate the warehouse administrator to take products quickly and ensure the strict implementation of FIFO.
