I have been in zhengcun for more than 7 years since I joined the big family in 2012. With the rapid development of the company, I have also witnessed the changes of zhengcun in these years.
Before 2012, Zhengcun's business mainly focused on two areas of home appliances and electricity. With the rapid development of the automotive industry and the particularity of the power industry, Zhengcun began to make changes in its business strategy----maintaining the home appliance industry while gradually withdrawing from the power industry and turning to the automotive industry. In the past seven years, it has become a qualified supplier of well-known domestic and foreign automobiles companies such as ITW Group, Furukawa, Yazaki, Sumitomo Denso, Anbofu, Lear, Schaeffler and Franco. Dongfeng Nissan, GAC Toyota, Shanghai GM and other mainframe factories have visited the village, and they have been praised by Zhengcun.
With the development of the automobiles business and the changing needs of customers, in 2014, Zhengcun has also changed its management philosophy. In terms of personnel training, the company has developed a “going out” talent training strategy and sent management teams to study in Japan. TPS management, a total of more than 50 people. In addition, cadres are arranged to participate in the Carnegie training course. In addition to external training, the company also carried out a variety of activities at the same time, such as one week training, night reading with me, technical salon, a little progress every day, Huizhou culture hiking and other development. The seeds of learning were germinated in Zhengcun, laying a foundation for the improvement of ZPS.
Beginning in 2017, I hired TPS teachers to go to the company for on-site guidance, which opened the road to ZPS lean production improvement.
In 2018, Zhengcun upgraded its hardware facilities, such as plant renovation, weak power upgrade project, office intelligence, sewage upgrade, environmental protection equipment upgrade, R&D center expansion, and laboratory establishment. The site environment is constantly being upgraded and optimized.
In 2019, in order to realize the intelligence of the factory, Zhengcun began a comprehensive upgrade of the ERP system. After the upgrade is completed, the whole process electronic record and traceability management, electronic display of production information, intelligent scheduling and other functions will be realized.
In the past seven years, I was fortunate to witness a little change in the village every day. At the same time as the company's development, I also grew from an ignorant grassroots employee to a departmental manager, from a performer who knows nothing about lean production (TPS) to a producer of waste-free production. The change of Zhengcun is affecting every employee of Zhengcun; every improvement of Zhengcun people has gathered together to become the source of Zhengcun's development. With the core values of continuous improvement, seriousness, and local presence, Zhengcun people are taking steady steps to create a better future with their own wisdom.
